Each one-minute spot is licensable by the client, so it may be streamed on their web site and broadcast on the radio in their local market. All segments are digitally mastered and made available in an MP3 format, as well as on CD-ROM.

• The broadcast will be available on an exclusive basis for one year.
• Broadcasts may be aired on any station of the clients’ choosing.
• Broadcasts may be “Media Planned” by Radio Advantage, or by the clients themselves.

The client will have first right of refusal to use the broadcast for an additional 12 months. Each license includes a custom music bed developed exclusively for The Summerall Advantage spot. In addition, there is a consideration for Mr. Summerall’s AFTRA pension.

Image Licensing

Images are licensable by the client for use in print, collateral, direct mail, yellow pages, newspapers and web sites. Images are provided in high resolution for prints as well as lower resolution good for electronic media.

• License is good for two years.
• Exclusive industry and location territory.
• Quotes and accolades by Pat Summerall preapproved by Radio Advantage.

The client will have first right of refusal for image licensing an additional 12 months.

Television Licensing
